All these tools are intended to provide a fair and objective measure of predicting certain behaviour, but as with all personality assessments should not be used as a stand-alone method for selection purposes. | JTI | The Jung Type Indicator (JTI) is the ideal tool for examining personal style. It takes just 10 minutes to complete and is extremely reliable. The JTI provides information on how a person typically deals with information, and the role they are likely to play in a team. | |
| SPI | The Sales Preference Indicator (SPI) provides a quick, reliable indication of individual sales performance potential. The wording of the SPI questionnaire makes it suitable for customer-facing through to senior business development roles. |

LI provides a range of ability and aptitude tests for use in employee selection and development, team-building and coaching, as well as for individual career development and counselling.
