Personality, Values & Interests Assessments

Laureoli International (LI) provides consultation and facilitation in the use of a range of tools and instruments that can meet your requirements. All these tools are intended to provide a fair and objective measure of predicting certain behaviour, but as with all personality assessments should not be used as a stand-alone method for selection purposes. A range of the tools that we recommend are listed below:

15FQ+® A comprehensive instrument measuring Emotional Intelligence, Team Role, Management and Subordinate styles and Counter-Productive Work behaviour. It is available in English as well as Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
OPProThe Occupational Personality Profile (OPPro) predicts how a person will typically think, feel and interact. The assessment also covers areas of interpersonal style, thinking style and patterns of coping with stress.
JTIThe Jung Type Indicator (JTI) is the ideal tool for examining personal style. It takes just 10 minutes to complete and is extremely reliable. The JTI provides information on how a person typically deals with information, and the role they are likely to play in a team.
SPIThe Sales Preference Indicator (SPI) provides a quick, reliable indication of individual sales performance potential. The wording of the SPI questionnaire makes it suitable for customer-facing through to senior business development roles.

Ability & Aptitude Testing

LI provides a range of ability and aptitude tests for use in employee selection and development, team-building and coaching, as well as for individual career development and counselling. Covering the areas of verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning a range of the available test batteries include; Graduate Reasoning Test (GRT1), General Reasoning Test (GRT2), Clerical Test Battery (CTB2), Critical Reasoning Test (CRTB2) & Technical Test Battery (TTB2)
