Between 1998 and 2003, David worked within the recruitment and search environment, both as a consultant and leader. His experiences included running teams across Europe and Asia Pacific whilst living and working in UK, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. During his tenure within the search industry he had been assigned to various locations across Western & Eastern Europe, North and South America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, working with some of the world’s most prominent organisations.
Since 2003, David has focused more of his efforts and time within the area of training and development, talent and performance management and psychometrics.
After graduating in HR, from Plymouth University, David joined the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and later went on to complete a number of qualifications with the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University as well as the World at Work Organisation’s Work-Life Practitioner programme.
In 2000 he became a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in the UK and has also since been certified by the British Psychological Society in Ability and Personality Testing (Levels A & B). David is the Principal Consultant for Laureoli International Singapore.
