Introduction & Overview
This three day course is designed to complement the BPS Level A qualification. As such the BPS Level A is a prerequisite.
The BPS Level B Course will broaden the participants knowledge and skills through the introduction of personality assessments and their interpretation and use.

By the end of this three day course participants will:
- have a broader knowledge and understanding of the underpinning issues covering personality and personality instruments
- have an appreciation in the use of personality tools within an occupational context
- be comfortable in dealing with typical problems and issues during the assessment session
- be able to advise when it is appropriate to use personality assessments, and when it is not
