This three day course is designed to complement the BPS Level A qualification. As such the BPS Level A is a prerequisite.

The BPS Level B Course will broaden the participants knowledge and skills through the introduction of personality assessments and their interpretation and use.

By the end of this three day course participants will:

• have a broader knowledge and understanding of the underpinning issues covering personality and personality instruments
• have an appreciation in the use of personality tools within an occupational context
• be comfortable in dealing with typical problems and issues during the assessment session
• be able to advise when it is appropriate to use personality assessments, and when it is not

This course will appeal to anyone wishing to further develop their knowledge in test and assessment administration and those wishing to obtain a formal qualification in psychometric test and assessment administration.

This course will be particularly useful to those in Human Resources roles or those with responsibility for staff selection and development.
