This three day course will provide participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to appropriately administer ability and aptitude tests.

- have obtained the relevant underpinning knowledge across the area of psychometrics, especially in the area covering the nature and theories of ability and mental testing
- be competent in the administration and management of ability and aptitude test sessions including feedback to candidates
- be competent in the effective management, usage, security and storage of test materials
- be comfortable in dealing with typical problems and issues during the test and assessment session
- be able to advise when it is appropriate to use ability and aptitude tests, and when it is not
