Laurence Paltiel, a renowned British Chartered Psychologist, has developed/co-developed many internationally successful psychometric instruments. He has certified hundreds of individuals in the use of psychometric tools to the standards and requirements set by the British Psychological Society. His training programmes have been developed, verified and approved for use, by the British Psychological Society, to award individuals the Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing, Levels A, B(Intermediate) & B(Plus). He continues to instruct students in Occupational Testing both in the UK and overseas.
Laurence attained both his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the field of psychology. He has written numerous journal articles and is a published author of many publications.
